1.     Items that are available and in stock can be purchases directly through our online shopping cart. You will see our "ADD TO CART" logo next to the price of           all available stock. Please feel free to select the items you would like to purchase and follow the steps on the checkout page when you have finished                    shopping.

2.     Payment within Australia can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Transfer and Cheque or Postal Money Order.

3.     Overseas Payment can be made by Credit Card

Refund Policy

1.     If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
        simply return your stock in new condition within 7 days of purchase and
        we will refund your purchase price. (excluding postage & insurance fees)
 

Dispatch & Deliveries

1.     We will dispatch all online purchases within 1 - 2 days of payments.

2.     All items posted by Bobs Models & Hobbies within and outside Australia are sent receipted delivery
       Bobs Models & Hobbies accepts no responsibility for packages posted uninsured.
       Postage & Handling for any stock items will be calculated according to Australia Post rate.
